From 1996 to 2015, he served as Senior Vice President at Pyramid Real Estate Group, where he led a wide range of transactions in commercial leasing, investment sales, and property operations. Since founding his own firm in 2015, Bruce has continued to provide individualized, full-service support to landlords, tenants, and investors — with a specialty in mixed-use and income-generating properties.
